DESCRIPTION: The HR Onboarding Role is the key HR player in inviting new users to the Social Media, Project Management and Learning Management System. HR is the governing body of the system in order to ensure the system operates within national and state laws and company regulations. However, not all elements of the system are available to HR. For example, Lessons, Essays and the like are governed by the School Director. The intention of this is to prevent lower level staff, which the HR Onboarding Role might be, from interfering in coursework and rather, concentrating on social media posts, culture groups, and the like. These are suggested settings. Your organization can choose what elements of the system are available to each role, and each role can be named according to your established company culture. For example, In some organizations experts from the line that work with the school are called FAMs (Functional Area Managers), in some organizations they are called (TAGS) Technical Advisory Group members, etc. xAPILMS does not re-invent company culture.
